Returns & refunds
Because every order is custom-printed to your design, we can't accept returns for change of mind. We do stand behind our work in every other respect.
We'll reprint or refund if
- The product arrived damaged or defective
- What you received doesn't match the mockup you approved
- An error on our end caused the wrong product to be shipped
What to do
Email us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue. We'll arrange a reprint or refund.
