Everything is made and packed at Smeaton Grange, NSW, and dispatched to your instructions — to you, to your client, or split across several addresses.

Freight

Freight is quoted per order and destination rather than charged off a table, because a short run of coasters and a pallet of counter units are not the same delivery. Your quote states the freight treatment before you accept it.

Neutral packaging and blind shipping

• No Salt and Wattle branding on the carton or the paperwork.
• Direct to your client or their event address, where operationally practical — confirmed per job.
• Split deliveries and multiple drop addresses, quoted per job.

When production time starts

After approved artwork, commercial acceptance and any required payment. We confirm the production time in writing on each quote rather than publishing a standard one we can't hold on every order — and if a date isn't achievable we say so before you promise it to your client.

A deadline that's already tight

Tell us the date on the brief. If proofing, approval and production won't fit inside it, we would rather decline the job than miss the date you have given your client.
