Frequently asked questions
- What's the minimum quantity?
- Selected laser-cut products start at 50 units per design. Other families are confirmed per product on the quote. Minimums apply per design, not per order — five designs at 50 each is five runs, not one.
- What artwork do you need?
- Vector as PDF, AI, EPS or SVG; raster as PNG, JPEG or TIFF at 300 dpi at final size. Anything we cut or engrave has to be vector, with text outlined and strokes expanded. See the specifications page for bleed and safe-area requirements.
- How long does production take?
- We confirm production time in writing on every quote rather than publishing a number we can't hold on every order. It starts after approved artwork, commercial acceptance and any required payment — not at the date of enquiry.
- Will my client see your branding?
- Not unless you want them to. Neutral packaging and blind shipping to your client or their event address are available where operationally practical, confirmed per job.
- Will you go around me to my client?
- No. The end client on every brief is recorded against your account with the date of introduction, we communicate through you unless you authorise otherwise, and we check for a conflict with another account before quoting. The full policy is on the How it works page.
- Is everything Australian made?
- No, and we say so per product. Some products are manufactured here from raw material; others are manufactured elsewhere and only decorated here. Every product on the site carries its own origin description, and we never describe a decorated import as Australian made.
- How do I get pricing?
- Open a trade account — it's self-serve and immediate. Net pricing for the standard range sits behind the account, because a public net price would undercut the channel it exists to serve. Anything custom is quoted per job.
- Can I pay on invoice?
- New accounts start on card at design approval. Once we've traded a little and run a credit check we can move you onto invoice terms — ask, and we'll start that.
- Can you make something that isn't on the site?
- Often. Send a sketch, a quantity and the date you need it. We'll confirm whether it's practical, how it would be made and what it will cost — or tell you it isn't, and why.
- Who owns the artwork?
- You and your client do. You're responsible for holding the rights to anything you send us; we don't produce copyrighted or trademarked material without authority. See our terms.
