What file types can I upload?

PNG, JPG, and SVG. We recommend at least 300 dpi at the product size — the customiser will warn you if your file is too low-resolution for a good print.

How do I know my artwork will look right on the product?

When you upload, you'll see a live preview on the product with a safe-area guide. As long as your design stays inside the safe area, it will print as shown.

What if I don't have artwork yet?

Tell us what you'd like and our in-house designers will make something for you. Use the Custom design page — we'll send a mockup for your approval before any payment is taken.

How long does delivery take?

Standard Australian orders ship within 3–5 business days after design approval. See our Shipping page for full details.

Can I use someone else's artwork?

You must own the rights to anything you upload. We don't print copyrighted, trademarked, or otherwise restricted material. See our Terms.
